Just like we said yesterday, this one is all about pampering yourself.

Going to a spa is what some people think it's only for women but that is not true - men also go to a spa.

What is really a spa?

A spa can mean everything from a small facial and massage business to expansive destinations of pampering where your body would be treated to different natural therapeutic experience primarily for relaxation.

From soothing hot water bath, to deep body massage, to smooth pedicure and manicure, to gentle facials, to tantalizing body scrubs etc

Depending on how big the spa is, you will have opportunities to treat your body to different therapeutic treatment.

All of this is not definitely only for women and men also go to spas too.

I remember my massage experience at a spa last year; the bubbling hot water bath, the deep body massage (it was like as if the lady who massage me, her hands were from heaven - it was soft while gently pressing all of my body. To be sincere, the way I felt that day, I have never felt that before). My body was so light after the experience. 3 days after, my body was still feeling so relaxed.

You really should try it out yourself, and it's not too expensive. With as little as 10k you can have some spa treatments depending on the spa you choose.

Also, if you think visiting a SPA might be too expensive, then you could try creating a personal spa experience for yourself. Read this article here on how to do that.

A spa experience combines aesthetic treatments with relaxation therapy, allowing you to reap many health benefits. Spending a day at a spa and enjoying these benefits might be the morale booster and stress relief therapy you need to get on with work in 2022.

I know you enjoyed this read, get ready for number 4, you don't want to miss it!
